Bring your cherished classic and be part of a friendly, vibrant celebration of motoring history. Whether you have a gleaming car, a hardworking commercial vehicle, a trusty tractor, a powerful motorcycle, a fascinating stationary engine—or any vintage gem built before 1985—we’d love to see it on display!

Meet fellow enthusiasts, swap stories, admire incredible machines at our family show.

Show Terms

Own Risk

I acknowledge that all property, vehicles, machinery, or exhibits brought onto the showground are done so entirely at my own risk. The organisers accept no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to persons or property.

Insurance

I confirm that my exhibit is fully insured for Third Party Liability, including cover for boiler explosion where applicable. I acknowledge that I may be required to produce proof of valid insurance upon request by the organisers or their representatives.

Arrival and Departure

All exhibitors must be on site and in position by 10:00 a.m. sharp on the day of the event. Late arrivals may be refused entry to the showground at the discretion of the organisers. For health and safety reasons, no exhibitors will be permitted to leave the showground before 4:00 p.m. unless specifically authorised by the Head Steward.

Steward Direction

I agree to remain under the direction of the appointed stewards for the full duration of the event. I undertake to follow all reasonable instructions and comply with safety regulations at all times.

Vehicle Movement

Movement of vehicles within the showground during show hours is strictly prohibited unless authorised by a steward. All vehicle movement must be at walking pace and carried out with extreme caution.

Safety Compliance

All exhibits must be in a safe and working condition. Any exhibit deemed unsafe or likely to pose a risk to others may be refused entry or removed from the showground.

Behaviour and Conduct

Exhibitors are expected to behave in a courteous and respectful manner at all times. Abusive, unsafe, or disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the event and refusal of future entry.

Children and Pets

Children must be supervised at all times. Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a lead and under control. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

Refusal of Entry

The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry if the vehicle or exhibit is after 1985.
