We begin our journey with travel to Hull, where we board our overnight cruise to Rotterdam. Settled into comfortable cabins with meals included on board, you can relax and enjoy the start of your Dutch adventure as the ship sets sail across the North Sea.
After a fresh breakfast onboard, we arrive in the Netherlands and head straight to the world-renowned Keukenhof Gardens in Lisse. Wander through acres of vibrant tulips, daffodils, and hyacinths, capturing unforgettable moments amid this spectacular floral display.
Today’s highlights include admission to the enchanting Zaanse Schans Museum, where traditional windmills and crafts bring Dutch history to life. Then, step into the sweet world of the Verkade Experience, discovering the story behind this famous Dutch chocolate and biscuit brand. Later, we visit De Simone Hoeve in Katwoude, a charming farm setting perfect for a taste of rural Holland.
Enjoy a relaxed morning before making our way back to Rotterdam to board our overnight cruise home. Settle back in your cabin as the ship sails towards Hull.
Arriving in Hull, we travel homeward with comfortable rest stops along the way, bringing with us memories of a colourful and refreshing springtime getaway.
