Shamrocks & Shenanigans

We begin with a short journey to Fishguard for our afternoon ferry crossing to Rosslare. Once in Ireland, we continue our drive to the historic city of Waterford, our base for the next four nights. Settle in at Treacys Hotel, where the free bar (6.30pm–9.00pm) and warm Irish welcome await.

Today we enjoy a full-day excursion to the lovely city of Kilkenny, known for its cobbled streets, colourful shopfronts, and striking Kilkenny Castle. There’s free time to explore the city at your leisure — perhaps visit the cathedral, browse the craft shops, or enjoy a bite to eat in a traditional pub. Return to Treacys for more good cheer with good food, free bar and live entertainment.

A relaxed day to enjoy Waterford at your own pace. Ireland’s oldest city is famous for its Viking history and crystal-making heritage. Why not visit the Waterford Crystal Visitor Centre, enjoy the riverside views, or relax in one of the many cosy cafés?

Today we head off on a mystery day out — where are we going? That’s part of the fun! Rest assured it will be a scenic and enjoyable journey with a taste of Irish culture or countryside. Return for our final night of free bar drinks and live entertainment.

We take the morning ferry back to Fishguard, rounding off a memorable and merry trip to Ireland.
