We depart the depot and head to Reims. The home of Champagne.
Experience the heart of Champagne with a guided tour of a renowned cellar, stroll among ancient barrels and taste world-famous bubbles. Afterward, enjoy free time to explore the elegant streets of Reims and Épernay at your own pace.
Today we travel towards the wonderful Alps. Arriving at the charming Hotel Alpen Roc in Les Clusaz, a family-run alpine haven. Settle in, unwind, and let the crisp mountain air refresh your senses.
A day at leisure to enjoy the delights of Les Clusaz. Drift skyward on a gondola for spectacular panoramas or simply relax by the pool, surrounded by stunning alpine vistas.
Step into a postcard in Annecy, the “Venice of the Alps.” Wander cobbled lanes and flower-draped canals on a guided tour before gliding across the sparkling lake on a serene boat trip.
Journey to Chamonix, the jewel of the Alps. Explore its chic streets, then board the iconic red train to Montenvers for jaw-dropping views of the Mer de Glace glacier and Mont Blanc. Visit the fascinating Glaciorium to uncover the secrets of glaciology and the ever-changing world of ice—an experience you’ll never forget.
Savour your final day with a luxurious Lake Geneva cruise. Sail past elegant villas, terraced vineyards, and snow-dusted peaks as you toast to unforgettable memories.
Sadly its time to depart this paradise and start our journey home. We will take an overnight stay in Northern France.
This morning we cross the English channel and travel back to Wales.
