Trip Itinerary
19th April - 23rd April 2026
This morning, we travel to Heysham to catch our ferry to Douglas on the Isle of Man. On arrival, we will head to our hotel in plenty of time for our evening meal.
Enjoy a day of indulgence with a private tour and tasting at the renowned Fynoderee Distillery, where you’ll explore how their award-winning spirits are made and sample a range of gins. Then relax over a traditional afternoon tea at the iconic Creg-Ny-Baa, with homemade treats and stunning views of the Manx countryside.
Enjoy a day steeped in Manx heritage, starting with a visit to the Knockaloe Visitor Centre to explore the stories of the WWI internment camp. In the afternoon, head to Ballacosnahan Farm for a talk on the rare Manx Loaghtan sheep, meet the flock, and browse the farm’s charming wool shop and charcuterie.
All aboard for a classic Manx adventure! Travel from Douglas to Laxey on the historic Manx Electric Railway, then ride the Snaefell Mountain Railway to the island’s highest point. At the summit, take in stunning views and enjoy a hearty “pie in the sky” lunch at the unique Victory Café.
Sadly, it’s time to depart this wonderful island and return home.
