We begin our holiday with a smooth and comfortable journey to Belgium, including a short channel crossing. We continue to the lively seaside town of Ostend.
Today we head inland to the stunning city of Ghent, known for its medieval architecture, canals and cobbled streets. Enjoy free time to explore the city’s rich history and sample local treats. On the way back to Ostend, we’ll stop at a local Belgian brewery for a fascinating insight into traditional brewing — with a tasting included, of course!
A free day to enjoy Ostend at your own pace. You might choose to stroll along the promenade, dip your toes in the North Sea, or explore the town’s shops, museums and seafood restaurants. The day is yours to relax and soak up the coastal atmosphere.
After breakfast, we say farewell to Belgium and begin our journey home, returning with fond memories of Belgian beauty, brews and beachside charm.
