This short break will give you a taste of the delights of North Somerset. With picturesque views across open countryside, stunning sandy beaches and iconic landmarks, you will be spoilt by what this magical part of Britain has to offer. During our visit, you will be able to have the correct balance of relaxation and adventure, with the freedom to do as little or as much as you like. Our base for the weekend is Weston Super Mare, where you will be pleasantly surprised by its charm and rustic scenery.

Itinerary

Day 1 – We depart in the morning and head to our hotel in Weston Super Mare. On the way, we will visit the market town of Cowbridge, where you will have a chance to enjoy its bars, eateries and the stunning natural beauty on offer on its doorstep.

Day 2 – After a leisurely breakfast, we head to historic Bath. Built for relaxation and tranquil holidays, this beautiful city has been a wellbeing destination since Roman times. Visit the ancient Roman Baths, modern Thermae Bath Spa and the ample choice of independent shops, bars and cafes on offer. The stunning honey-coloured Georgian architecture gives you a taste of Bath’s history and is well worth a look.

Day 3 – Today is a day at your leisure to enjoy what Weston Super Mare has to offer. The beautiful beach and the stunning seafront will keep you busy. With water sports, donkey rides, and the Grand Pier, there is plenty for you to do, whether you’re feeling adventurous, or whether you prefer to take a seat and watch the world go by. You may want to visit the Weston Sky Wheel, Weston Museum or you may decide to stroll around the town’s various shops and cafes.

Day 4 –Sadly, it’s time to head home. After a leisurely breakfast, we begin the journey home, with comfort stops on route.
