For the first time, we will cross the Irish Sea to visit Northern Ireland’s Largest Agricultural show near Belfast. The Balmoral Show attracts top quality livestock from all over Europe, all competing for prized red rosettes and prestigious Balmoral Championship titles. With over 3500 animals entering this special event, with a large variety of animals from cattle, sheep, pigs and goats to poultry and rabbits. After seeing all the animals on show, it’s time to take a stroll around the trade stands. With over 650 different stands, you will find everything from farm and plant machinery to crafts, food and fashion, you’re sure to find something of interest.

Relax and explore at the Ramada by Wyndham, Belfast hotel in the city centre, near Saint Anne’s Cathedral. Conveniently located in the heart of the town, all rooms at the hotel have a private bathroom with power shower, tea/coffee making facilities and 40-inch flat-screen TV. Guests can stream programmes using their complimentary WiFi access.

Day One - We depart Pembrokeshire and make our way to Holyhead for the lunchtime crossing to Dublin. After our arrival we make our way to our hotel; The Ramada Hotel, Belfast.

Day Two/Three - After breakfast, we will head in for 2 days at the show. You may decide to stay in Belfast for one of the days and visit the large number of attractions on offer, or you may decide to spend both days at the show, the choice is yours.

Day Four - After a leisurely breakfast we start our way back to Rosslare for our evening crossing back to Fishguard. We would hope to arrive back in Fishguard at around 9.30pm.
